Regulation 5
Use of Centre and fees
Subregulation 1
The Director may in his discretion permit any part of the Centre to be used by any person subject to such conditions as he thinks fit and on payment of such fee as he may with the approval of the Minister determine.
Subregulation 2
There shall be paid to the Director in respect of the matters set out in the first column of the Schedule the fees set out in the second column.
Subregulation 3
The Director may in his discretion waive or refund wholly or in part any fee payable under these Regulations.
