Regulation 31

Subject to paragraph (2), every merchant bank in Singapore must, within 14 days after 31 December of each year, submit a return to the Authority on its property sector exposure in the form set out in the Second Schedule.

If the last day for the submission under paragraph (1) is not a business day, the merchant bank may submit the return on the next following business day.
