Option
Subregulation 1
A serviceman to whom this Part applies shall be given an option to convert to the SAVER Plan according to Option A, Option B, Option C or Option D, as the case may be, or remain in the pensionable service.
Subregulation 2
Any option exercised by the serviceman shall be irrevocable except that he may be required by the Armed Forces Council to revert to the pensionable service.
