Further option to convert
Notwithstanding regulation 42(2), the Armed Forces Council may allow a serviceman to which this Part applies who, before 1st July 1998, has opted to remain in the pensionable service a further option to convert to the SAVER Plan on such terms as the Armed Forces Council considers fit.
