Refund of gratuities received
Where a serviceman exercising an option under regulation 42 to convert to the SAVER Plan has received a gratuity under the Singapore Armed Forces (Pensions) Regulations (Rg 9) in respect of his service in the Singapore Armed Forces, the gratuity shall be refunded.
