45. Award in respect of member in non-pensionable service

A member who —
(a)
is serving in the non-pensionable service (other than a member to whom regulation 44 applies); and
(b)
retires or is released from service as a result of sustaining, on or after 1 January 2023, any injury received in and which is attributable to service,is eligible for an award of an amount equal to the gratuity under regulation 37(1)(d).
