Information on award of contract
Subregulation 1
Subject to regulations 33 and 34, a contracting authority must, as soon as possible after the award of a contract in respect of a procurement using open tendering or selective tendering, inform all suppliers who had participated in the procedure of its decision on the award.
Subregulation 2
Such information must, upon request, be given in writing.
