Regulation 32

Provision of other information

Subregulation 1

A contracting authority must, upon request by an applicable supplier, promptly provide any information necessary to determine whether a procurement was conducted fairly, impartially and in accordance with these Regulations, including information on the characteristics and relative advantages of the successful tender.

Subregulation 2

In cases where release of the information would prejudice competition in future tenders, a contracting authority that receives the information must not disclose it to any supplier, except after consulting with, and obtaining the agreement of, the person that provided the information.
