Regulation 34

Right to withhold information

Despite any provision in these Regulations, a contracting authority may refuse to publish or provide any information under these Regulations if it is of the opinion that such publication or provision may —

(a)

impede law enforcement;

(b)

prejudice fair competition between suppliers;

(c)

prejudice the legitimate commercial interests of particular persons, including the protection of intellectual property; or

(d)

otherwise be contrary to the public interest.
