Regulation 11

These Rules shall not affect the application of any other subsidiary legislation made under the Act or any subsidiary legislation made under the repealed Planning Act (Cap. 232, 1990 Ed.) to any application, appeal, permission, approval, decision, warrant, order, notice, request or other document or information transmitted in the form of an electronic record pursuant to these Rules except in so far as they are inconsistent with the provisions of these Rules.
