Regulation 15

Any person to whom a licence has been granted under section 22 of the Act to import hazardous substance into Singapore shall ensure that the container or tank container in which the hazardous substance is imported into Singapore is designed, constructed, maintained and labelled in accordance with a code of practice approved by the Director-General.
