Regulation 19

Storage requirements

It shall not be lawful to store any hazardous substance except in a container —

(a)

which design, construction and maintenance is in accordance with a code of practice approved by the Director-General;

(b)

which is in an area entry to which is restricted to authorised personnel; and

(c)

which is labelled as prescribed in a code of labelling approved by the Director-General.
