2. Provision of email address to Registrar
Feedback & supportThis regulation applies to a person who is not permitted by the Registrar, or is unable for any other reason, to submit an email address under section 28(1A) of the Act by using a form on the electronic transaction system.
The person must provide an email address to the Registrar, by any other means permitted by the Registrar, for the notification under section 28A(1)(b) of the Act —
on the request of the Registrar, where the Registrar intends to issue, give or send any information or document to a person by means of the electronic transaction system; or
if the person wishes to be issued, given or sent any information or document by means of the electronic transaction system.
Subregulation 1
This regulation applies to a person who is not permitted by the Registrar, or is unable for any other reason, to submit an email address under section 28(1A) of the Act by using a form on the electronic transaction system.
Subregulation 2
