6. Prescribed entity

For the purposes of section 30A(1) of the Act, each of the following is a prescribed entity:
(a)
a Facilities-Based Operator that has been granted a Facilities‑Based Operator licence;
(b)
a Services‑Based Operator that has been granted a Services‑Based Operator (Individual) licence;
(c)
a market support services licensee.
Subregulation 2
In this regulation —
“Facilities‑Based Operator”, “Facilities‑Based Operator licence”, “Services‑Based Operator” and “Services‑Based Operator (Individual) licence” have the meanings given by regulation 2 of the Telecommunications (Class Licences) Regulations (Rg 3);
“market support services licensee” has the meaning given by section 2(1) of the Electricity Act 2001.
