10. Membership of other professional association to qualify as secretary of trustee-manager

For the purposes of section 7(1)(b) of the Act, the other professional associations are —

the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (formerly known as the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore);

the Association of International Accountants (Singapore Branch); and

the Institute of Company Accountants, Singapore.
