92. Procedure where creditor appeals
Feedback & supportThe liquidator in a winding up by the Court shall, within 3 days after receiving notice from a creditor of his intention to appeal against a decision rejecting a proof, file such proof with the Registrar, with a memorandum thereon of his disallowance thereof.
