Regulation 18

Application for approval to be approved asbestos-removal contractor

Subregulation 1

Any firm or company may apply to the Commissioner for approval to act as an approved asbestos-removal contractor.

An application under paragraph (1) shall —

(a)

be in such form and made in such manner as the Commissioner may require;

(b)

be accompanied by such particulars, information, statements and documents as the Commissioner may require; and

(c)

be accompanied by a non-refundable fee of $250.
