Maintenance of records
Subregulation 1
A register showing the name, identity card number, passport number, work permit number, date of birth, nationality, home address and occupation of each employee employed in a compressed air environment shall be prepared and kept.
Subregulation 2
A copy of every lock attendant’s register maintained under regulation 109(3)(a) shall be kept for a period of 3 years after its making.
