Regulation 115
General duty on employer and principal
It shall be the duty of —
(a)
the employer of any person who carries out work in a worksite which involves the handling or use of explosives; or
(b)
the principal under whose direction any person carries out work in a worksite which involves the handling or use of explosives,to comply with regulations 116, 117 and 118.
