Regulation 119
Deepening holes
It shall be the duty of —
(a)
the employer of any person who carries out work involving drilling of holes in a worksite; or
(b)
the principal under whose direction any person carries out work involving drilling of holes in a worksite,to ensure that no drilling of holes is carried out in the worksite if the hole has at any time contained explosives.
