Regulation 51
Method of removal of debris, etc.
It shall be the duty of —
(a)
the employer of any person who carries out work in a worksite; or
(b)
the principal under whose direction any person carries out work in a worksite,to ensure that any debris, brick or other materials in the worksite shall be removed by means of chutes, buckets, hoists or any other method which will not endanger any person in the worksite.
