26. Certificate of good standing
Feedback & supportThe Board may, upon the application made by a registered person in such form as the Board may require and accompanied by the appropriate fee specified in the Third Schedule, issue to the registered person a certificate of good standing stating that on the date of its issue, that person is a registered person and that no proceedings have been taken or are pending against him.
