Regulation 14

For the purposes of section 9 of the Act, the Director‑General must keep and maintain a register of licences in which must be entered —

(a)

the names of all persons issued licences under the Act;

(b)

if applicable, the premises at which the person issued a licence may carry out the activity authorised by the person’s licence; and

(c)

any other particulars relating to the licence or licensee that the Director‑General may determine.
