Regulation 74
Prohibition of use of premises and irradiating apparatus or radioactive materials
Subregulation 1
The Director‑General may prohibit the use of any premises or part of any premises if, in the Director‑General’s opinion, the use of such premises or part of such premises is likely to result in any individual receiving an excessive radiation dose unnecessarily.
Subregulation 2
The Director‑General may prohibit the use of any irradiating apparatus or radioactive material if, in the Director‑General’s opinion, the use of such apparatus or material is likely to result in any individual receiving an excessive radiation dose unnecessarily.
