Regulation 18
Submission of reports or documents
Every licensee must if required to do so by the Director‑General submit a report (with accompanying documents) containing any information, relating to radiation safety and security, that the Director‑General may require including the following information:
evaluation of the dose exposures attributed to the practice and sources within the practice;
safety assessment;
security assessment;
arrangements for the safe and secure management of the sources such as a radiation protection plan or security plan;
an emergency plan;
logs of incidents;
notification of conduct of certain specified activities;
any other information that may be necessary to verify the licensee’s compliance with these Regulations.
