Regulation 23
Requirements for labels
Subregulation 1
Each label and notice required to be used or displayed by these Regulations must be as large as practicable in each particular circumstance.
Subregulation 2
A person must not use any label or notice described in these Regulations except for the purposes of these Regulations or to denote a radiation hazard.
Subregulation 3
When any radiation hazard ceases to exist, all labels and notices used or displayed in connection with such hazard must be immediately removed by the person who was required by this Part to use or display the labels or notices.
