Exposure of human in biomedical research or clinical trials not justified

The exposure of human research subjects as part of any human biomedical research or clinical trial is not justified unless —

(a)

the biomedical research or clinical trial has been approved by an institutional review board; and

(b)

the exposure of the research subjects complies with such dose constraints as may be specified in the licence conditions.
