Regulation 75
Post‑mortem examination, cremation and embalming of corpses containing radioactive material
Without affecting the Coroners Act 2010, a post‑mortem examination, cremation or embalming process must not be carried out on a human body or part of a human body known to contain radioactive material without the prior approval in writing of the Director‑General.
