Minimum limit of insurance coverage under section 13(1)(b)(iii) of Act
The minimum limit of the insurance coverage required for an amusement ride under section 13(1)(b)(iii) of the Act shall be not less than $1 million per occurrence of any event giving rise to liability for injury to, or the death of, any person or persons.
