Further duties of operator of inflatable

The operator of an inflatable must ensure that, if the inflatable is used on water (whether floating on, partially submerged within or fully submerged within the water) —
(a)
there is a sufficient number of life‑guards (who are properly trained and certified by an organisation acceptable to the Commissioner) to rescue any patron of the inflatable when the necessity arises; and
(b)
there is available for use on site all equipment necessary to conduct the rescue (such as a pair of scissors and floatation devices).
