Period to notify Commissioner before relocation of amusement ride
For the purposes of section 34(1)(b) of the Act, the holder of an operating permit in respect of an amusement ride shall notify the Commissioner of his intention to relocate the amusement ride not less than 2 clear days before the date on which the relocation is to be carried out.
