Regulation 27

Any qualified person who vacates his appointment under section 40, 41, 42, 43, 44 or 45 of the Act shall, in notifying the Commissioner of the fact, submit, in such form as the Commissioner may require, a summary report of all the duties and tasks which have been carried out by him or under his supervision pursuant to his appointment.
