Regulation 31
Subregulation 1
The Commissioner may, if he thinks necessary and expedient upon an application made by an applicant for, or the holder of, an installation permit, an operating permit or a modification permit in respect of an amusement ride, waive any of the requirements specified in the applicable standard or code relating to that amusement ride subject to such conditions as the Commissioner thinks fit to impose.
Subregulation 2
An application for any waiver under paragraph (1) shall be made in such form and manner as the Commissioner may require.
