3. Devices included in definition of “amusement ride”

For the purposes of paragraph (i) of the definition of “amusement ride” in section 2(1) of the Act, the other devices or combinations of devices prescribed to be amusement rides for the purposes of the Act shall be those specified in the Second Schedule, which are available for use by members of the public upon their payment of a fee or otherwise.
