Regulation 9
Subregulation 1
The fees payable under sections 6(1)(c), 14(1)(c) and 24(1)(c) of the Act are specified in the Sixth Schedule.
Subregulation 2
Any fee that has been paid under the Act or these Regulations shall not be refundable, whether in whole or in part.
