4. Devices excluded from definition of "amusement ride"

For the purposes of paragraph (ii)(C) of the definition of “amusement ride” in section 2(1) of the Act, the devices or combinations of devices prescribed as not being amusement rides for the purposes of the Act are specified in the Third Schedule.
