Applications under section 17A(2)(c) of Supreme Court of Judicature Act 1969 (P. 2, r. 15)
Subregulation 1
Despite any other provision of these Rules, a person who makes an application for the disposition or division of property on divorce pursuant to section 17A(2)(c) of the Supreme Court of Judicature Act 1969 must file an originating application in Form 14 supported by all documents specified in that Form or any practice directions relating to such applications.
Subregulation 2
Where the respondent wishes to make a counterclaim to the applicant’s claim for ancillary relief, the respondent is not required to file a cross‑application.
