Variation of orders (P. 2, r. 19)
Subregulation 1
A party seeking to vary an order made in any proceedings under this Part after the conclusion of the proceedings must file a summons supported by affidavit.
Subregulation 2
Where a party files a summons mentioned in paragraph (1) more than one year after the date of the last order made in the proceedings, the summons must be served personally on the other party in those proceedings and any other person who may be affected by the variation of the order.
Subregulation 3
A party who wishes to bring a new claim for ancillary relief after the conclusion of any proceedings under this Part must obtain the Court’s approval by filing a summons without notice.
