Time for serving Notice of Application (P. 3, r. 22B)

A Notice of Application must, unless the Court otherwise directs, be served —
(a)
in the case of an application made under section 63B(6) or 177A(6) — within 5 days before the date of hearing of the application; or
(b)
in the case of an application made in any other Category 1A proceedings — within 5 days after the filing of the application.
