Examination of MEO (P. 3, r. 22Q)

A party who wishes to examine an MEO at a hearing of the maintenance enforcement application must —
(a)
submit to the Court, at least 3 weeks before the hearing date, a written request in Form 30-A to examine the MEO at the hearing; and
(b)
serve a copy of the written request on the MEO and all other parties to the proceedings.
