Regulation 26

Any payment made by a non-party in compliance with an enforcement order under Rule 25(1), and any execution of an enforcement order against that person pursuant to the order, is a valid discharge of that person’s liability to the enforcement respondent to the extent of the amount paid or realised even if the proceedings for the enforcement order are subsequently set aside or the maintenance order from which they arose is reversed or varied.
