Regulation 10

Making appeal: notice of appeal

Subregulation 1

An appeal to the Minister is made by filing with the Appeals Secretary, within the time stipulated in section 12, 32(1), (2) or (3) or 47(1), (2) or (3) of the Act (as the case may be), a notice of appeal in Form 1 of the Schedule.

Subregulation 2

The Appeals Secretary must, as soon as practicable upon receipt of the notice of appeal, forward a copy of the notice of appeal to the Minister and send a copy of the notice of appeal to the Authority.

Subregulation 3

Where the Minister refers an appeal to an Appeal Advisory Committee, the Appeals Secretary must —

(a)

notify the Authority and the appellant that the appeal has been referred by the Minister to the Committee; and

(b)

forward a copy of the notice of appeal to the Committee.
