Amendment of title of proceedings
Subregulation 1
At any time after the making of a bankruptcy order, the trustee of the bankrupt’s estate may apply to the Court for an order amending the title of the proceedings.
Subregulation 2
Where a bankruptcy order is made upon a creditor’s bankruptcy application, the creditor must apply to the Court for an order amending the title of the proceedings at the creditor’s own cost if so directed by the trustee of the bankrupt’s estate.
