Regulation 111
Stay of bankruptcy order
Subregulation 1
The Court may grant a stay of a bankruptcy order upon the application of the bankrupt against whom the order is made or a creditor.
Subregulation 2
Where an order is made under paragraph (1), the applicant must serve a copy of the order on the Official Assignee and, where a trustee in bankruptcy has been appointed, on the trustee in bankruptcy.
