Regulation 109
Gazetting of bankruptcy order
Subregulation 1
The Registrar must, not later than 21 days after the making of a bankruptcy order, cause a notification of the order to be published in the Gazette.
Subregulation 2
Where a trustee in bankruptcy has been appointed under the order, the notification in the Gazette must indicate the name and address of the trustee in bankruptcy.
