Publication of bankruptcy order
Subregulation 1
The Official Assignee must, not later than 21 days after the making of a bankruptcy order, cause the order to be published in a manner that the Official Assignee thinks fit.
Subregulation 2
Where a trustee in bankruptcy has been appointed, the publication mentioned in paragraph (1) must indicate the name, address and electronic mail address (if any) of the trustee.
