Subregulation 1
Where a vehicle is seized and moved to a holding yard under section 11(1)(a) of the Act, the owner of the vehicle at the time of moving must pay to the Authority a fee of $150 for that moving.
Subregulation 2
Where a vehicle is stored in a holding yard for the purposes of section 11 or 15 of the Act, the owner of the vehicle must pay to the Authority a fee for that storing calculated at $21.80 for each day or part of a day during which the vehicle is stored at the holding yard.
Subregulation 3
Where any distinguishing mark installed, affixed or engraved by the Authority on a non‑compliant small motorised vehicle under regulation 11(c)(i) or this regulation is lost, destroyed or damaged, the Authority may install, affix or engrave on the non‑compliant small motorised vehicle concerned a replacement distinguishing mark —
on application; and
on payment to the Authority of a replacement fee of $25 for each replacement distinguishing mark.
