Regulation 5
Pilot‑in‑command of certain flights is class licensee
Unless exempt by or under section 87 or 88 of the Act and subject to section 66(1) and (2)(c) of the Act, every pilot‑in‑command of an aircraft mentioned in paragraph 3 is subject to a class licence authorising the pilot‑in‑command to have possession while in Singapore, and to import and export, any controlled item of the aircraft.
