Regulation 7
Passenger and crew member are class licensee
Unless exempt by or under section 87 or 88 of the Act and subject to section 66(1) and (2)(c) of the Act, every passenger, and every member of the crew, of an aircraft mentioned in paragraph 3 are subject to a class licence authorising the passenger or crew of the aircraft to have possession while in Singapore, and to import and export, any controlled item of the aircraft.
