General definitions
Subregulation 1
In these Rules, unless the context otherwise requires —
Definition
“Court” means the General Division of the High Court;
Definition
“proceedings” means proceedings before the Court;
Definition
“Rules of Court” means the Rules of Court 2021 (G.N. No. S 914/2021).
Subregulation 2
In these Rules, a word or an expression that is defined by Order 1, Rule 3 (general definitions) of the Rules of Court and not by these Rules has the meaning given by that Rule.
